It was my wish for a long time to create an unforgettable experience for women to honour themselves fully and completely.
There are several practices that have greatly contributed to my growth, healing and expansion over the years. I’m excited to bring everything together and offer a 3 month healing journey for others to drop IN all while feeling held, supported and anchored. This offering will be hosted online in order for everyone to conveniently journey from the comfort of their own home but there will also be 3 powerful in person experiences weaved in.

I will create a group for us all to connect on throughout the journey. The 3 month experience is an ongoing ceremony. There will be potent moments of reflection, inquiry and release that may occur, to support your processes I am offering my presence to help you through your portals. This group chat is also a way to share any breakthroughs, moments of realizations and revelations. The chat group will have clear intentions and guidelines so everyone feels safe, supported and held.

Gathering in community whether it be online or in person is a powerful way to build connection and feel held as you move through personal shifts. The last three years have been profound and I don’t think anyone has been left unchanged. We are love at the root and we all hold sacred gifts that are meant to be shared with the world. Living in this world full of stress, and anxiety trying to manage life while we work, parent, maintain relationships and at some point try to rest, is really not easy on the mind, the body and the spirit. I have been fortunate enough to have been a part of Nicole's cacao ceremony twice and it is truly a practice that is needed not only on an individual level but on a collective level as well. As she guides us through intention, release of energy that no longer serves and helps us to invite a space for growth and reflection, through movement and connection with ourselves and others, this ceremony is a profound way to tap into the deepest parts of who we are as spiritual creators.
